Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:

• The product was purchased directly from Nesana

• The request is made within 15 business days of delivery

• The item is unused, with tags and original packaging

• The product is returned in sellable condition

Notes:

• Promotional items or freebies may have special rules

• If you received the correct product and size, returns are accepted only in case of defects or errors

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted

• For items over £75, use tracked shipping or insurance

We are not responsible for lost or misrouted return parcels.

Delays or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or not trackable, contact us.
We may offer:

• Expedited re-shipping, or

• A full refund (via electronic bank transfer only)

Damaged or Incorrect Items / Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• After inspection, we will:

  • Refund your order, or

  • Send a replacement

Processing time after we receive the item: 1–2 weeks

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

• Cancellations before dispatch

• Eligible returned items

• Verified product defects

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit cards: 5–7 business days

• Debit/bank transfers: 7–14 business days

Actual posting times depend on your bank.
We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or demand draft.

Important Notes

• No refunds for “change of mind” after the order has shipped

• Color differences due to screens do not qualify as defects

• Nesana is not responsible for returns lost due to incorrect shipping
